The most enjoyable was everything on Xmas eve as it suddenly felt like Xmas. The days before were busy with other fun activities but we had started to forget it was actually Christmas until we went to choose the Xmas tree in the forest. After that it was all v magical especially going to see father Christmas in his cottage.
Although the reps Karen and mike hadn't been at jeris for long and didn't know everything they were always available and friendly and if they didn't know something would find out. Was nice that the reps weren't a couple of young kids that didn't care about our holiday experience as is so often the case. Thomas the local guide was fabulous - amazing with the kids and everyone loved him! Also received excellent info and advice from staff over phone prior to and after booking. So impressed with the level of knowledge about the whole holiday and it left us confident about the quality of the holiday.
